What am I?

I have a hard time describing that, as all you see are words. You know when you look in the mirror it is very easy to describe what you see, but difficult to describe what you know. As of now I am involved in multiple forms of art in an attempt to express myself. This being another method of sharing. I hope that you can help me understand maybe. Little words on a screen.
